Before we form your company, we make sure you have thought of the important things that go along with starting a business such as: Checking to see if the name you picked is available or if there are any potential issues with trademarks. As soon as your documents have been approved and sent back by the state, we send them to you electronically. We will also create a custom e-company binder with all your important documents in one place. A company binder will help you greatly when you are adding new partners, selling your business, and attract investors.
After you form your business, you will adopt bylaws/operating agreement, issue stock/membership certificates, and hold an organizational meeting. We provide draft all the documents and assist you with holding your organizational meeting. We also help our clients understand their compliance requirements by providing them a Business License and Compliance report that provides information on which permits, licenses, tax receipts, and many other regulations you will need to comply with depending on your location and industry. What can increase the price?
Having additional owners, investors, or if you are located out of the state increases the amount of work we need to do, so we charge a little more depending on these factors. We will provide you with a flat fee quote.
